Jonathan Green is a seasoned Regulatory Lawyer with over 30 years of post-qualification experience, including 15 years representing patients and 15+ years in regulation and governance. His career spans diverse healthcare settings, where he has applied his legal expertise to support public health initiatives and data governance frameworks. He also earned a doctorate focused on applying Change Management, Theory of Change, and Evaluation to public health programs, underscoring his commitment to evidence-based transformation.

As an accredited Project, Program, and Portfolio Manager, Jonathan brings more than 12 years of leadership in successful healthcare program delivery. He currently serves as Program Director for the Privacy Enhancing Technology collaboration with the UK National Health Service Federated Data Platform, where he leads efforts to integrate privacy-first solutions into national data infrastructure. Prior to joining IQVIA’s Privacy Analytics team in 2024, Jonathan was Director of Program Management for the UK Government’s National COVID-19 Infection Survey, a role in which he oversaw one of the country’s most critical response programs.

His work enables organizations to strike a careful balance between maintaining public trust and safeguarding patient data, while unlocking the full value of data for its intended use. With certifications in PRINCE2, MSP, and LEAN Six Sigma, and memberships in both the Association of Project Management and the Project Management Institute, Jonathan is a trusted leader in delivering privacy-enhancing innovation and healthcare modernization.
