He is working individually on consulting and research projects, and also heads a team of analysts within the organisation for conducting global strategic market research, SPARK Matrix Analysis, and client consulting assignments, apart from leading various strategic research initiatives and vendor evaluation projects as well. He has upward of 8 years of cumulative industry experience of working in market research, consulting, and the software industry. He has also authored a book titled – ‘Roots in Oblivion’ and is currently working on his second book – ‘Mind in Oblivion’.

Khaldoun Zine El-Abidine brings more than 17 years of product engineering and team leadership experience to the table as Privacy Analytics’ Director of Technology. He aligns technical requirements to clients’ desired business outcomes across the full spectrum of product innovation. This helps clients to develop new sources of revenue and to drive advances in patient health. Khaldoun has also built several large-scale customer-facing applications in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Her previous roles include Partner and National Privacy Services Leader at MNP LLP, COO of A Hundred Answers Inc., and IT Risk Advisory Practice Lead for Ernst & Young Ottawa.
